Vince Williams founded Creative Garden Spaces in 1998 with one goal: to build water features that look as though they were placed by the land itself. In the years since, his work has appeared in private gardens across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point — and on the campuses of Duke University and High Point University.
He doesn't subcontract the stonework. He doesn't hand off the planting. From the first site visit to the day water runs, Vince is present — because the details that make a pond beautiful are the ones that are easiest to miss when you're not there.

Based in Oak Ridge, NC, Vince serves the full Triad and Triangle area — Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and Durham — with the same hands-on approach he's used since day one.

Founded Creative Garden Spaces Inc. in Oak Ridge, NC. First koi pond installations in the Triad.
Early 2000s
Expanded to natural stream and cascade design — bringing sound and movement into residential landscapes.
Mid 2000s
First commercial fountain installations. University campus projects at Duke and High Point University.
2010s
Pool waterfall integration becomes the Triad's most requested landscape upgrade — CGS leads the category.
2020 – Present
Full landscape construction services added — patios, retaining walls, and planting beds that complete every water feature.
